Hey Jen, great article! 👏 So my question is.. I'm looking at Flippa right now and sorting by "ending soonest". I see some that are having no bids so far.

Are these starter sites really selling for a dollar when the bidding closes or are they earning from extra fees on the buyer's end, etc?

I'm curious because I'm seeing starter sites with significant content and $1 is a loss considering setup fees.
