I'm seeing something parallel between Andrew Tate's followers and Flat Earthers. It's the Cognitive Dissonance, where they simply resist the facts presented to them in order to continue to uphold their beliefs and opinions.

It's when you started to believe in something so much and preach about it to your tribe that you can't handle the discomfort when being proved wrong.

Andrew Tate vs. Female rights? It's just feminist media controlling us, making Tate look bad. A video of Earth curved in space? It's a conspiracy theory to keep us blind from the billion dollar corruption going on with fake space missions.
