There's nothing wrong with normalizing polygamy, if that's what floats their boat. I don't think it's for us to judge the dynamic of every relationship.
For sure, when she entered the relationship, arranged or not, she already knows what she's gotten into.
Instead of criticizing "normalizing polygamy", which can be normal and healthy for some traditions, let's not normalize being married to people without a choice.
There are different relationship dynamics. There's polygamy, polyamory, open relationships, same sex couples... Any dynamic is healthy if it's with everyone's consent. Sadly for most cultures practicing polygamy, women have no voice over big decisions and the power is mostly patriarchal.
