This was a delightful read! I agree with you, many times have I found pinning my thoughts into the silence of a blank sheet of paper therapeutic.
Just dragging those floating thoughts down into writing and expressing or re-living them the best way I can, allows me to make sense of all those emotions than by just actually feeling them.
Writing is a great way to process the abstract into something tangible, making sense of the senseless. We are proud of you, continue writing.
